Worst service ever

Worst service ever. I took out a new contract on Black Friday. De to their delays at the headoffice, the sales agent said he will email me docs and I could collect the phone the next week. When I went in, no one could help me as the sales consultant wasn't in and the system doesn't allow it. The customer service agent was rude and kept rolling her eyes at me. Eventually 90 mins later they gave me the phone, just to find out later that it was not RICA'd. The 135 number and the store number rings and no one answers. Worst service ever, I was going to take out a second contract but not wit MTN. They have no regard for the customer at all.
