Worst service ever

The WORST service you can imagine. They are not consistent in the way the do business and takes for ever just to do a upgrade. The moment you go to country areas the data signal is the worst - none excistand to be honest. I have had a contract for over 14 years and I don't know whats happening to this company. I do feel sorry for the sales consultants trying to do their best. I must admit not a nice buying experience at all.
