Worst Service Eva!!!!!!!

The worst service I have ever experienced. I app**** twice for a online double deal contract which was approved and delivery was arranged by DSV. On both occasions it was cancelled, due to not having the phones in stock. I wasn't notified by MTN or DSV of the cancellation, waited like fool. Now for the 3rd time I went through the whole process today 26/6, the agent whom I spoke to informed me of the reason of cancellation and offered me other phones instead. Well let's see what happened. I'm very unhappy with their service. Wake up MTN get things in order
