Worst service, doing credit checks approving orders then cancels it

I app**** for a online deal from MTN for a laptop my application was approved but then declined they already did a credit check got my payslip ID 3 months bank statement everything and then no1 calls me back the agent I was dealing with Naydene Emanuel (*** ) no longer replies to my email her contact number is not her direct number. I am feeling so frustrated because the laptop was for work purposes that is why I app**** for it. MTN level of service is really very pathetic and poor i am not impressed with the level of service i have received. When i called the call center yesterday 18.01.2023 to ask what is happening the agent told me that my order was cancelled and that my order is by ***** i must call and find out what is happening, i call the ***** line the agent then tells me no the credit manager had cancelled my order i must speak to the agent that assisted me to find out the reason. but i can not get a hold of Naydene Emanuel she does not reply to any of my emails that i have been sending.
