Worst Service - Dispute

An account was opened **********ly with the details and I reported the matter to MTN and till this day I haven't received any communication from the person that's handle my dispute (Bianca Venter [ MTN South Africa ]). I called several times and also sent emails to Bianca.....still nothing .This has to be the worst service ever.
