Worst service! Disappointing !

I app**** for a Mtn cellphone contract online . It's been over 2 weeks now. Every time I call I get promises. No communication whatsoever from Mtn side. And getting a consultant is almost impossible. My worst online purchase ever ! 3 to 10 working days promise is just a lie .
