WORST SERVICE DELIVERY!

If there was less than 1 star this branhc of Samsung would have earned it. Handed in my son's tablet on the 25th of January for repairs, first couldn't get a quote from them because you simply could not get hold of them. Ehen i eventually got the quote and immediately approved it (and this was already weeks after I dropped the device off) I was told the part could take two weeks to arrive.

So I waited... After the two weeks were up, and of course Samsung Pretoria had once again not bothered to try and make contact with me, I strated following up again. Again no response, not even on my email.

A week later I followed up again and finally got a response that the device is ready for collection.

Came to Samsung this morning to collect it, and was told it is still not ready I must please come back in an hour.

I would not recommend this branch to anyone who expects either the courtesy of a reply (not to mention actual good service like contacting you out of their own) or speedy service!!
