Worst service

I have been requesting for my August statement and Invoice which gets generated on the 12th of every month, every time when I call I get told that it will be escalated or a different boring story, just got off the phone with a consultant and they sent me my July statement just to get me off the phone and I have been calling since the 15th of August every day, I am not happy hence I did not renew my cellphone contract with MTN
