Worst service champions

It is a shame that I even have to give 1 star because they deserve none. I canceled my contract on 22 September ref ***. I confirmed this on 8 October on a recorded line and confirmed several times that the won't debit me again ref ***. On 1 November the debited my account after they said it won't. Today I called 3 times and spoke to Thandokuhle who transfered me Thabile who transfered me Eric who transfered me Phumelele who wanted to transfer me before I demanded to speak to her leader Ndimiso and I was just put on hold And lastly to Mapulang who also wanted to transfer me because her system is not working. I asked to speak to her Leader Charlene Naido... Guess what... I was put on hold and until now heard nothing... They have my number. Mtn WORST service champions by far. THEY TOOK THE TITLE.
