Worst service!!

I recently upgraded. The phone charger does not work after 5 days of having the phone. Called customer care and was told that I need to take the phone to a MTN store. Went there, in my pregnant state, only to be told systems are not working (this after waiting for the man to finish playing on his phone). I am sitting with a phone that does not work, been taken from.pillar to post. I'd like to cancel my contract and have nothing more to do with MTN.
