Worst service, can't even RICA a simple sim!

<p>I have cancelled my contract at Vodacom and opened one at MTN on the 5th of December. Today is the 14th and my cellphone still hasn't been RICA'd.</p> <p>After going to Woodlands Boulevard's MTN for the 6th time today to sort this out no one can tell me why it isn't being done or where to get it done elsewhere and I've called the MTN RICA offices and all they can tell me is that I have to go back to the store.</p> <p> </p> <p>This cellphone contract is under a business with multiple contracts with MTN so you would expect good service and all I've gotten is a whole lot of driving around and calling a landline that doesn't ever get picked up! </p> <p> </p> <p>I'm considering going back to Vodacom because MTN doesn't help its customers! </p>
