Worst Service

Received the absolute worst service, I've been charged a migration fee for a contract that was due for an upgrade I then got a bill for R5500 after battling with MTN and getting y network switched off multiple times for their mistake I'm now liable to pay the money back I've been paying it off and now I got a call from debt collectors saying my money hasn't been paid and no one can tell me where my payments have been going the is unacceptable a poor service
