WORST SERVICE

I have app**** for a new contract with mtn and its been more than a month since i app**** without any update or communication, the person who was supposedly helping me did nothing for a month and when i finally inquired about it, i get an automatic reply to say that he is on leave, when you do get through to a department where you can finally speak to a person and not a computer, they cannot transfer you, you WILL get cut off at least three times before they get it right, then they cannot help because the new system does not allow them to see your details, WWWWWTTTTTAAAAFFFFF ARE YOU GUYS DOING, BECAUSE YOU ARE NOT WORKING, THATS FOR SURE
