Worst service

This is the worst service provider ever, they double debited my account and they are telling me I’ll get my refund in 21 days.. when my contract expires in October I’m not renewing it this is a **** company. You ask to speak to management their stupid champions tells you stories. I’m ****ed off coz I want my money now and they telling me about 21 days
