Worst service

I have been attempting to do a sim swap since last friday as my phone was ****** on Thursday. I was sent from pillars to post spoke to 4 consultants with no help, was advised to visit mtn outlet yesterday jabulani mall. My simswap was suppose to be done today still no luck. went back to the mall redid the same procedure with an affidavit, ID and R60 fee. Still dont have my number which i used for over 15 years
