Worst service at Northcape Mall in Kimberley

I ordered a router online and happily so thinking that it will be working . My friend advised me to go to the local MTN store so it can be fixed . I met with a consultant by the name Daniso at Northcape mall . Very rude consultant telling me I should’ve told the people that helped me to place this order to assist . The level of customer service here is very terrible . Even after I told him that the I’m not appreciating the tone and approach he gave as I’m not working here . Are we now abide to buy things in store if on lines are being treated like this ? I’m really not happy and will never recommend anyone to come to this store
