Worst service at MTN receiving no help!

I would like someone at Mtn to assist me or contact me I would like to pay for my overdue account but every number or place I have gone to can t help me pay my account...they customer service number doesn't work they staff doesn't know what to do I have been there 3 times the MTN at Northgate and Fourways the people are not helping me pay my account and every month it goes up it's the worst service I have ever had can some contact on my email *** or ***
