Worst service and ****mers.

MTN and they insurer are ****mers. I have been buying devices for years from MTN and both them and AdmynTec or whatever their name is are ****mers to the core. On one occasion I put in a claim for my daughters phone and they declined it due to negligence after the phone was ****** out of our house ( how is that being negligent?). I left that as it was not a very expensive device and I am now kicking myself why I did at that time. I put in another claim now this past month and they are rejecting it saying I didn't use the sim card in the phone, which is completely impossible and they refuse to send me proof to show me that I was not. I would never ever buy a device or insurance from them again. I was planning to take out business contracts for my employees, but will not do that and advise other customers not to as well. I will rather go to any other provider. I am taking this to the Ombudsman as both MTN and Admyntec staff are rude, don't get back to you and treat their customers like ****. Look at all the bad reviews on this platform and decide for yourself if you will purchase goods from such a provider. I will not leave this and I am already liaising with the Ombudsman.
