WORST SERVICE AND *********

The worst service not to mention debiting my account after MTN assured that the contract is cancelled, with no additional charge, just the normal monthly fees, but come the last month of the 24 month contact, i get debited R1669.33 instead of R358.99. I called 5 times after and MTN says the account is in the process of being cancelled. i fail to understand how it takes 5 calls and almost a month to get a contract cancelled but its still in the process. Now MTN says my next bill is R2259.00.
