Worst service and false promises

Don't even bother to visit this store or get an upgrade from them. The service is beyond bad. I went and did my upgrade on 12/03/2024 and was told I would get a R2000 voucher for Samsung accessories. Unfortunately they did not have stock of the Samsung Fit watch and I was told I would be placed on a waiting list to receive it as soon as they get stock. After 2 weeks of not hearing anything I went back to find out what was happening. I was then informed that they will not be getting stock and am still waiting for stock for accessories and they will get back to me as soon as they have received anything. After not hearing from any one at all and still not even having received a copy of my new contract or confirmation for the value of my trade in I received a call from someone to inform me that I will not be getting the R2000 voucher or any accessories since the promotion has ended. I have yet to receive a call from the store manger after numerous requests to get feedback. I really feel I was duped and convinced to do the upgrade under false pretenses and fell victim to bogus advertising.
