Worst service!!!!
I've been on a call today for 4 hrs trying to get to the legal/credit department. I've settled my account in January 2024 and I still waiting for them to send me my paid up letter. This is extremely frustrating and I am never buying anything from them! This has damaged my credit score!! I've been calling almost everyday trying to get a paid up letter and their consultants are very rude!

07 Oct 2024, 16:42It's now September and I am still waiting for a mere paid up letter!!! I've been on hold and they keep transferring me to irrelevant department. And one of them just told me they don't have "legal department". They should get proper training!!

07 Oct 2024, 16:49I just spoke to one of the consultants Caroline from collectors department and she just told me in Sotho that " I'm making other people's problems her burden" bathong!!! Imagine being being in on the line for more than 4hrs and the customer service consultant tells you that!!
