Worst service

As always mtn has the worst service. I am trying to get a settlement letter for an account i closed years ago but they cant provide it they keep telling me stories of where to go. How difficult ist to send a letter??? I need the letter to apply for another contract with them they cant even provide it to the person assist me i must keep calling and being told its uploaded on a system which the other consultant has no access to
