Worst service

I am getting very frustrated with MTN and am now going to the media of I do not get answers today! I urgently need the waybill no for my delivery on order no. *** After several and a lot of calls no one can tell me where the promised phones are. This has been going on since the 23rd November. Impossible to get through to the people who upgraded my contract *** for days now
