Worst service

Worst company Struggling to get any good service my phone has been off for 2 days now every time they just tel me to switch it on and off then the problem will be resolved but nothing happens And this is not the first time it has happened probably the 6th time.

You need to up your game or i will cancel my contract with you without a doubt
