WORST SERVICE

I send away a phone (that is still under warranty) because the lcd screen just stopped working. That was as the beginning of December 2019. They told me that the phone would be away 4 weeks (1 month). It's been almost 3 months now and no word regarding my phone, mind you that I still need to pay every month. I've phoned numerous times without any success. I'm tired of this ****ty service and at this stage I just want a new phone and cancel my contract.
