Worst service

If there was -5 rating I would give it to MTN every time I end a call with them They are always clueless and proud of their incompetency Called 17 times to try and cancel my contract They can’t see an immediate payment for a full week now nobody calls back no feedback or updates the ticket is logged not assigned to anyone and no notes where attached to it

Worse there’s no structure of escalation from their support team

Worst service ever the agent was even laughing like this it’s a joke
