Worst service

Bad service i've ever experience in my life.Mams mall Mtn.i took me two days and long hours to do sim swap.first day i stood at the counter for more 45min the consultant unable to tell me exactly what going on until i just left without telling him.today (25/03/20)at about 09:35 was already in the store at the counter the back for the same sim swap.at about 10:45 the consultant told me she is finished doing sim swap but they only accept cash payments only and i was left with no choice to stand for long queue again for ATM machine.this is the worst service if ever experience and that my contract is just about to expire in few weeks and i dont see continuing with MTN anymore
