Worst service

I app**** for a cellphone contract last week, was called the day after and approval was done. They arranged for delivery and Monday 2nd October 2023 when the phone was delivered, authentication failed and the driver advised a second attempt who'd be today. I have not received any follow-up from mtn or any communication regarding delivery. I tried calling them and there is no way of getting hold of them. I want to cancel this application immediately.
