Worst service

Cancelling a contract with MTN has been a nightmare. I followed all the steps I was given to pay the cancellation quote I received and confirm with their retention department to ensure that my contract is cancelled. Four months later I am constantly debited for a contract I had cancelled only to find that for some reason it is still active. After weeks of calling their customer care line I was told all was sorted only to be debited three times the amount I was paying for the contract I had with them about a month later. I would not recommend that anyone uses their services.
