Worst service

This is the reason I will never do an upgrade with Mtn , my contract ended in January yet I received data? I called in to tell them to put me on pre paid and it was never done? Come month end they going to debit me!! Today I spoke to Refilwe Molefe who’s not even trying to help me she even says I want to hear what I want to hear how do speak to a customer like that ?
