Worst service

I've been trying to settle and cancel a contract for a business since May 2024. Nobody is coming back to me. I'm sending one email after another. This contract is now with legal, but still no one is able to assist me and tell me what the outstanding amount is in order for me to pay and CANCEL the contract. Worst service ever.
