Worst Service!!!!!
Mtn direct have the worst service EVER!!!! I ordered a tablet last year October, then they decided to bring the wrong one I then told them to take it back and bring the correct one, to date I am still waiting for the correct phone and they charging me for something I don't have. Right now they blocked both my numbers all because of the package I do not have.

23 Mar 2018, 08:51Reason why the tablet was returned it was because MTN advertised 10 inch note tablet in October 2017 catalogue with a wrong price R169 when the tablet was delivered i was notified that the pricing was wrong for the 10 inch note tablet so they will give me 7 inch of which i did not opt for 7 inch. I took the tablet back to the MTN West Gate store, then i decided to take a laptop since that time i have been waiting for the laptop, the number that was blocked is ***, i decided no to pay the 071 number as i do not have the device and its been months waiting for the device, i have been only paying for the 07333 number. I honestly cannot pay for something i do not have and i have been querying about the for months. Any further questions kindly contact me on *** my name is Ellen.
One of your consultants from MTN direct notified me that i have to R800 something so that my she can unblock my number even though i explained to her that i do not have the device.
