Worst service

<p>I was contacted by Summer mobile on behalf of Mtn in January to renew my contract. I agreed to go ahead with the promotion they were running.</p> <p> </p> <p>I received a new sim card and thought everything was in order but after not receiving my 50gb data I phoned Summer mobile.</p> <p> </p> <p>To my disappointment I was told I had to phone Mtn. I then phoned Mtn but again was told to phone Summer mobile.</p> <p> </p> <p>I eventually gave up and phoned head office to complain. After logging several complaints I eventually got through to someone who said they would help me.</p> <p> </p> <p>She only phoned me back once to ask me something. I gave her the details she required but have not heard anything from her. I have phoned and emailed every day for the last month but nobody even rep**** or answered me.</p> <p> </p> <p>This is the worst service I have ever received from anyone. I have been with Mtn for many years but I am now going to change to a network who actually cares about customers</p> <p> </p> <p>It has been six months now and I feel cheated frustrated and very disappointed.</p>
