Worst service

Worst service ever. Don't receive my upgrade. Operators are not helpful at all. I’m struggling since February to upgrade. I first went to a store at mall@reds. Poorest service ever. Then I tried online. After upgrading, I request that my *** must be used for DSV to deliver. DSV is trying for the past 4-6 weeks to deliver. They can’t hand me over my data upgrade since I did not receive the pin. I would rather go to another service provider that is willing to look after me as a paying customer. My debit order is going off every month with no problem but MTN can’t deliver the service that I’m paying for. Your operators are not even trying to help. I herby also request that you cancel my d/o asap since the contract was due for an upgrade in Nov 2021.
