Worst service
My phone was ****** and i cannot seem to get through to MTN Customer Services to a) Block my sim card and b) to blacklist my phone. None of the contact numbers that are listed on their website are working. I am just sick to my stomach of mtn.

I tried to contact you on the number provided but the person who picks up does not know anything about the query.
If it is a prepaid phone you want to blacklist, please call 173 from mtn sim(free call). If you are calling from another network use 083173 (chargeable call).
If you want to block a contract phone, please call 808 from mtn contract sim card. If you are calling from another network use *** (chargeable call).
