Worst service

I have received the worst experience with the customer service, I have contacted them recently about the billing that I’m not aware off and invoiced for a certain month that I’m not sure why. He did not hesitate to tell me all sorts of things but even demanded that I pay the amount , no follow up, no reference nothing . For a company this big that lacks accountability and unacceptable
