Worst repair service

Mtn is the worst when it comes to repairs of faulty products. I sent my brand new iPhone 11 pro in to get fixed or replaced 3 weeks ago just for them to send it back and say it is rejected. Due to it being password locked. Yet I did give them the passwords and removed find my phone as that is what they requested of me to do. Now my phone has to be sent away again and would have to wait another 3 weeks. This matter needs to be resolved asap. The phone is only 3 months old never been dropped or damaged. Keeps running hot and battery health has dropped already. Battery drains by itself from time to time. I took it to istore and said I should return to mtn as this is not a common problem. MTN SERVICE IS POOR AND I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS NETWORK.
