Worst Repair centre ever, time consuming and dont what their doing

I took my phone in for repairs and had not included the charger as it was not exactly close and convenient to briing, my phone was unbelievable brought back so quickly within two weeks for not meeting the minimum requirements. I took the phone back in with the fully and complete components, its now been close to six weeks and all I get is "in progress" answers from the call center agents. I must say the only person from MTN who actually deserves working there is a gentleman called BRIAN who actually knows what he's doing. I will never use MTN again and recommend that no one does.
