WORST PROVIDER - BUSINESS PACKAGES
ON 06.05.2015 I SENT A EMAIL TO MTN CORPORATE TO REQUEST UPGRADE DATES, THEY ONLY RESPONDED 11 MAY. ON 11 MAY I REP**** BACK TO Louise Venter AND ASKED FOR 2 LINES TO BE CANCELLED AND THE REMAINING 3 TO HAVE CALL LIMITES ADDED. ON THE 19TH OF MAY I SENT THE REQUEST TO Louise Venter AGAIN AND STILL NOW REPLY. IT IS 28 MAY 2015. WHEN YOU CALL THE CALL CENTRE NOBODY ANSWERS. CAN SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME. THE LINES ALSO NEED TO BE UPGRADED AND IF MTN DOES NOT GET BACK TO YOU WHAT ARE YOU SUPPOSED TO DO. REGARDS DAVID GLEESON, [Email Removed]
