Worst provider

I'm having the worst experience with @mtn , firstly the agents are rude. I got a invoice from them and they listed me on the credit bureau after they confirmed my service is canceled. I was on a month 2 month contract. A agent promised that after making payment I would het my back dated data because it's a service I will pay for. Now they sent me a email saying I will forfeit the data. So what exactly am I paying for if I can't use the data?
