'Worst product ever'
<p>On the 15/02/2017 i went to a business expo NSBC at Midrand there were all sort of different companies MTN was one of them as they were showing their new products etc... S o what happend is they had these new technology improved screen protectors for cellphone etc and they were doing 30 first phone for free to get the screen saver i was one of them, she app**** the stuff and told me the screen would last for 12 months, however that is not the point just a few hours or next day my screen is cracked worse of all my phone is not working cant touch it cause of the crack , this is truly unexceptable idont have a phone now to use cause of this incident sad thing my phone didn't fall it was at the back pocket just leaning against the wall it cracked. Am so dissapointed in MtN imagine if i bought it for my laptop, they really need to fix my phone cause it was fine all along.</p>

At the time of the screen protector being placed on the device it was in working order not mentioned of it being broken you walked away that everything was in working order. Since this happened in your possession this was not damaged by MTN and therefore cannot be replace or repaired without any penalties.
Out of the 30 clients assisted your complaint is the first regarding this.
You may book the device in to our high value repair centre, however you will be liable for the costs thereof.

Yes my phone was in working order however not cracked my phone was working well and does it have be 30 of those people to have a compliant is that what you saying to me the screen protector misfunctioned my phone due to that crack it means the product is ***********,
