‼️Worst possible service by MTN South Africa‼️ On a R378pm contract I took out in Feb last year, I now all of a sudden owe them almost R 13 000. After 12 years being a loyal customer and disputing this allegation my number was suspended. Numerous visits to several MTN Stores I am told to wait 72 hours before I can follow up with only a reference nr.
