Worst Online Router Ever

I have run out of places to complain about the mtn router I bought online it's almost a year now still no assistance, yesterday again I went to the store to return it as I literally have no coverage I was told again they don't deal with online issues yet call centre keeps saying go to the store, DO NOT get an MTN contract especially online the inconvenience when you have issues is mind blowing the staff attitude horrible in stores
