Worst onboarding

I recently got their month-to-month WiFi deal. The sale of the product was good-as always. However, getting to use the device was horrible. I was told to plug in and wait a 3-5hrs and WiFi will be enabled to use. I waited 2days and made +/-15 calls, with unhelpful and unknowledgeable call centre agents who told me “just be patient”.

Bear in mind we are charged prorata for days that we don’t even use.
