Worst of the worst

Undeserved 1* for negative and zero * are not options.

Question following my observation and experience: Is there any schooled labour working for MTN? Simple schooling - read with understanding, listen to understand. I doubt for I've only come accross the worst form of incompetence.

Guess that is to be expected when a company has no interest in customer service and employees have zero self-respect. People with self-respect will only be in positions where they know they are there on merit, not for ANY other reason.
