Worst non existent service

Please note that I called the supersonic call center number today and the 1st time, the line got dropped after holding for 30 minutes, I called the second time and the line got called after holding for 11 minutes, called the 3rd time and the line is just not getting answered this time holding for 8 minutes, once again ridiculous customer service, I want to cancel this subscription ASAP.
