Worst nightmare experience with MTN

I placed an order for a month to month router. The worst experience ever. You are required to do biometrics. Delivery dates changes every minute. The time that they deliver you are not available. When you call them, they refer you to DSV. DSV refers you back to them. It's just a game that they play with you. Please cancel my contract and refund me.
