Worst Network Service... *****ing our money

MTN must really get their act together. They might be arround too long to realize that by providing a pathetic network coverage service they do upset their clients and neglect to make sure they can keep them

I stay in part of centurion where we have most likely the worst signal imaginable. Its not only me complaining all neigbours complain People would be in front of your gate trying to call you, they dont get signal and neither do u as the call recepient. if you mange to get a call made it last for a few seconds and you get message " the network is currently unavailable" then have to call again. In other words you pay for the full 1st minute anmd never get option of paying per second so everytime you pay actually double for what you wanted to say in 1 minute....Thats blatantly called theft of our money we pay and they have the advantage. This problem is not limited to a specific brand of phone but every phone on market. Why do you as corporate MTN not get your act together and start providing infrastructure to provide us with better signal and service, but you are more concerned over contracts and deals in other countries
