Worst network service provider

Worst network service provider. Been fighting and following up weekly with them for 5 months to have a network phone unlocked. They claim not to have the IMEI number on their system. You ask to escalate the matter they rather reiterate to go to where you bought the phone to have it network unlocked. They are completely disinterested in serving the customer. They deserve a zero star rating and zero customers
