Worst network provider EVER!!

Worst network operator ever. I have been trying for months to cancel my router contract, they just put you through to their retentions team and you'll be on hold for over hour listening to their lousy music untill you give up. They don't even respond to emails. What's worse, they increased their debit order amount without me authorizing any of it. Definitely going the legal route now because I'm just tired.
